At AuraPaw, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item should be returned in the condition in which it was received, with all included accessories and original packaging where reasonably possible.
Please contact us before sending any item back. We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at aurapaw8@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photos or videos showing the issue so we can assess and resolve it.
Exceptions
Certain products may not be eligible for return where an exception under applicable consumer law applies, including certain personalized products, perishable goods, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at aurapaw8@gmail.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, but your statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
